Indemnity forms

 

You are required to provide us with accurate and true information about your health status. The massage therapist will discuss the draping procedure and technique that will be used during the massage.

 

Payment 

 

All treatments are payable upfront. Once  payment has been confirmed a date will be secured, scheduled and booked accordingly. 

 

Cancellation

 

Only a once off rescheduling/postponement No refunds. Confirmed bookings cancelled will still be liable for payment as a result of loss of income in-that reservations prevented new business, a once off postponement is permitted.
